[Pentaps.] And it has feathers? I would think other fans would be for fighting and that feathers would get in the way. But I am not sure about that.

It appears to be an ordinary, if somewhat large feather fan, yes. Except of course that it creates bright lights and bursts of wind that knock men off their feet.
